Traditional Usui Reiki Level 1 Course

Service Description

Traditional Usui Reiki Level 1 Course With Elizabeth Naomi Join me for a nurturing day of learning and connection as you begin your journey into Traditional Usui Reiki, the system of Reiki founded by Mikao Usui in Japan in the early 20th century. Reiki Level 1 is the foundation of Reiki practice. This course is suitable for complete beginners and for anyone who feels drawn to explore energy, deepen their connection with themselves, or learn a gentle practice they can use for their own wellbeing and with family and friends. Throughout the day, we will explore the history and principles of Usui Reiki, the Reiki precepts, understanding and working with Reiki energy, hand positions, self-Reiki and how to offer Reiki to others. There will be plenty of time for practical experience, questions and reflection in a relaxed and supportive environment. You will also receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement, traditionally used within Usui Reiki teaching to initiate you into the practice and mark the beginning of your personal Reiki journey. Each participant will receive their own Reiki Level 1 manual to take home, giving you something to return to as you continue practising and developing after the course. No previous Reiki or spiritual experience is needed. You simply need to come with an open mind and a willingness to learn.
