Elizabeth Naomi holistic wellness logo for Reiki, mindfulness and coaching

My work brings together mindfulness, holistic wellbeing, intuitive practice and personal development, with an approach that is grounded in continued learning and an understanding that wellbeing is rarely one-dimensional.

I am currently studying Psychology with Counselling, developing my academic understanding of human behaviour, emotional wellbeing, psychological theory and the factors that can influence how we think, feel and relate to ourselves and others.

Alongside my studies, I have trained across a range of complementary and wellbeing practices, including mindfulness, trauma-informed coaching, Reiki, Access Bars, systemic coaching with horses, sound-based practices and spiritual development.

Rather than viewing these as separate areas of my work, I am interested in how different approaches can support greater self-awareness, reflection, relaxation and personal growth.

My role is not to tell someone who they should be or what choices they should make. I aim to provide a calm, respectful environment in which people have the space to pause, explore what they are experiencing and reconnect with what matters to them.

This philosophy sits at the heart of Elizabeth Naomi | Beyond Holistic.

My Approach

I believe good wellbeing practice begins with recognising that everyone brings their own experiences, values, beliefs, and individual needs.

For that reason, my approach is person-centred, trauma-aware and grounded in choice. I do not believe one practice, technique, or philosophy is right for everybody.

Mindfulness may offer an opportunity to become more aware of thoughts, emotions and bodily experiences. Holistic practices can provide dedicated time for rest and relaxation. Coaching can encourage reflection, self-awareness and personal development. Intuitive and spiritual practices can offer another way of exploring meaning, connection and personal insight.

My work draws from these different areas while respecting the purpose and boundaries of each practice.

As my Psychology with Counselling studies continue, I am particularly interested in developing my understanding of emotional wellbeing, relationships, self-awareness, resilience, boundaries and the connection between psychological and physical experiences.

My practice will continue to develop alongside my education, professional training and experience.
