CLIENT TERMS (BOOKINGS & SERVICES)

1. Bookings & Payment

  • All sessions must be paid in full prior to the appointment

  • Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received

 

2. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 48 hours notice: Full refund

  • 24–48 hours notice: Partial refund (at discretion)

  • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund

 

3. Late Arrivals

If you are late:

  • You must inform at the earliest opportunity

  • Your session may be shortened

  • The full session fee still applies

  • Additional time is not guaranteed due to other bookings

 

4. Missed Appointments

Failure to attend without notice will result in full loss of payment.

5. Online Sessions

For online services:

  • You are responsible for your internet connection

  • No refunds for technical issues on your side

 

6. Right to Refuse Service

Elizabeth Naomi reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session if:

  • It is not appropriate

  • There are safety concerns

  • Boundaries are not respected
