CLIENT TERMS (BOOKINGS & SERVICES)
1. Bookings & Payment

All sessions must be paid in full prior to the appointment

Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received
2. Cancellation Policy

More than 48 hours notice: Full refund
-
24–48 hours notice: Partial refund (at discretion)

Less than 24 hours notice: No refund
3. Late Arrivals
If you are late:

You must inform at the earliest opportunity
-
Your session may be shortened
-
The full session fee still applies
-
Additional time is not guaranteed due to other bookings
4. Missed Appointments
Failure to attend without notice will result in full loss of payment.
5. Online Sessions
For online services:

You are responsible for your internet connection
-
No refunds for technical issues on your side
6. Right to Refuse Service
Elizabeth Naomi reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session if:

It is not appropriate

There are safety concerns
-
Boundaries are not respected
