Take a moment away from the demands of everyday life and allow yourself time to simply relax. Indian Head Massage is a deeply calming treatment that focuses on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. Using a combination of gentle, rhythmic movements, massage and pressure techniques, the treatment is designed to ease muscular tension, encourage relaxation and help quieten a busy mind. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, carrying tension in your shoulders or simply looking for some time to yourself, this treatment offers an opportunity to slow down, unwind and reconnect with your body. Each session takes place in the peaceful surroundings of my private home practice in Battle, East Sussex, where you can enjoy a little time dedicated entirely to your wellbeing. Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. With less than 48 hours’ notice, 50% of your payment will be returned. Thank you for your understanding and respect for this policy.
