Horse & Harmony Sound Bath Step away from the noise of everyday life and join us for a unique outdoor wellbeing experience surrounded by nature and the gentle presence of horses. We begin with a warm welcome before settling into a guided body awareness meditation, allowing the mind and body to slow down. This is followed by an immersive crystal sound bath using singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments. Throughout the session, the horses remain free to simply be themselves in the neighbouring fields. Their calm presence often reminds us to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with ourselves. There is no interaction with the horses during the session. They ask nothing of us except that we slow down. As the sound bath comes to an end, you'll be invited to spend a few quiet minutes simply taking in the beautiful countryside, allowing yourself to fully absorb the peace before returning to the group. We finish with a relaxed introduction to White Horse Stables and the wonderful work the charity does. You'll hear a little about where your contribution goes, meet some of the horses through their stories, and learn how your support helps provide their ongoing care. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, regulate your nervous system or simply enjoy an hour of stillness in nature, this experience offers a chance to pause, breathe and reconnect. 2026 Dates: 🌿 Friday 31 July 🌿 Friday 14 August 🌿 Friday 28 August What to Bring: To help you relax and enjoy the experience, please bring: A camping chair, yoga mat or something comfortable to sit or lie on. Cushions and blankets for extra comfort. A bottle of water. Suitable clothing and footwear for the weather, including extra layers if it's cooler in the evening. Sunscreen or a hat on warm days. Please don't bring food into the field. If you'd like a snack after the session, you're very welcome to leave it in your car and enjoy it once we've finished. This helps us keep the horses safe and comfortable. Please note: The session takes place outdoors; the ground can be uneven, so please bring suitable adjustments if you wish to sit or lie down. Toilet facilities are available before and after the session. If severe weather is forecast, we'll contact you to rearrange your booking or offer a full refund. The horses remain free to move around naturally in their own field. While they may choose to come close, we cannot guarantee their location during the session.
